*Job Overview* We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining experience. *Responsibilities* - Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them accordingly - Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently - Provide menus and relay any specials or promotions to guests - Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the dining area - Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly - Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations *Qualifications* - Prior experience in food service, hospitality, or related field is preferred - Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette - Familiarity with POS systems is a plus - Strong customer service and guest services skills - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Willingness to assist others and contribute to a positive team atmosphere

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.95 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 16 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
