**Are you looking for a fresh start? A foot in the door to a new career? Enter our training program We start people with absolutely no industry experience and train them up.**

We have a monthly promotion plan. We start at 16 per hour and increase as your training increases. You can expect a 1 dollar per hour raise every month until you get to $18 dollars an hour. At that point you should be a fully trained prepper. At that point we discuss what part of the industry you'd like to grow your skills in and start prepping you for the next level up

This is not a part time or summer job. We are looking for people that want to stay with us full time as permanent employees.

**We are looking for a painters helper / prepper that is a quick study, quick mover, and motivated to grow in their career here. Prep is just the beginning, but it is the key to a quality project. We take the training and growth of our employees very seriously, and it shows**

**What is different about working here?**

**We're busy** Most trades have an unpredictable schedule - it can be hard to know if you are going to get full time hours or not. Not here We are always busy. You won't need to worry about full paycheques.

**We like to promote from within** We take a lot of pride in our systems and processes. So once trained up, we want our people to be happy and stay with us to build their career. Preppers can become painters, can become sprayers, can become leaders.

**We have 2 prepper positions open.**

**Field Prepper**: This position has an ever changing location so a vehicle is a must. You will often be required to bring doors back to the shop or pick up product at the paint store. Primary duties include prepping kitchen cabinets, sanding & masking. Detailed clean of painted areas in home after painting is complete. Manual dexterity is important to quickly and accurately handle a hand masker. A vehicle suitable to move doors and paint is mandatory for this role.

Criminal Record check required. Valid drivers license and transportation required.
