**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting our culinary staff and contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Cleans dishes, pots, glassware, and cutlery following established sanitation procedures.
- Ensures correct usage of chemicals in dish machine and pot-washing areas, i.e. uses 3-sink method for pot washing.
- Cleans kitchen, including mopping entire floor. Assumes cleaning tasks as per site cleaning schedules.Receives, uncrates, and puts away supplier deliveries as required.Alerts Chef to problems and makes recommendations about corrective action.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in food handling or food service is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards within the kitchen.
- Willingness to assist with various tasks in the kitchen as needed, demonstrating a team-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant's schedule.
- A passion for hospitality and providing excellent service to guests is highly valued.
