Greendale Acres is looking for a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee our farm’s food & drink experiences. From hot apple cider to pumpkin spice everything, you’ll be the person behind the flavors our guests come back for every season.

This role is perfect for someone who’s organized to the core, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can balance creativity with spreadsheets.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- **Inventory and Ordering**: Own inventory management of food, dry goods, and packaging. Keep shelves stocked, storage neat, and systems tight.
- **Seasonal Releases**: Spearhead seasonal releases (pumpkin spice, holiday hot chocolate, you name it) and train staff on how to make them just right.
- **Team Trainer & Coach**: Train new staff on kitchen procedures, beverage prep, and service standards. Keep everyone consistent, confident, and guest-focused.
- **Daily Operations Lead**: Coordinate day-to-day food & beverage operations, schedule breaks, assign tasks, and step in as kitchen lead when needed.
- **Quality & Safety Oversight**: Ensure everything meets food safety and cleanliness standards, from fridge temps to sparkling countertops.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the Operations Manager to forecast demand, streamline processes, and schedule staff appropriately..
- **Admin Details**: Handle opening/closing checklists, fridge/freezer temperature checklists and ordering.
- **Guest Experience**:Act as the point of contact for guest service concerns, handling issues professionally and efficiently
