**About the Position**:
Reporting to the Team Leader, the Heavy Equipment Operator will be responsible for but not limited to:

- Efficient and accurate movement of materials in and outside of plants.
- Rig, hoist and move materials to and from Walters yards.
- Assists in the movement of material in the plant/property by use of primarily heavy tow motor, crane, forklift, etc.
- Ensures safe work practices are adhered to.
- Load planning and building.
- Loads and unloads trailers, as required, to Walters Standards.
- Ensures all tools and equipment are operated with care.
- Accurately fills out all required paperwork and ensures records remain up to date.
- Performs housekeeping tasks as assigned.

**Work Location**:

- Princeton, ON.
- **Working condition is primarily outdoors.**

**Position Requirements**:

- Previous experience operating large tow motors, all terrain forklifts, and overhead cranes.
- Previous experience organizing shipping documents.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to work independently.
- Knowledge of health and safety policies and procedures.

**Compensation Package**:

- Wage: $22.00-$29.00/Hour
- Vacation.
