**Job Title**:Sales Support Person

**Compensation** : Competitive hourly wage and commission

**Hours** - Full time (8:00 - 4:30 Monday to Friday)

Progressive Educational Systems is a manufacture of Renewable Energy Training systems. We are also a re-seller of other manufactures training products. Our customers are located across Canada and the USA and include high schools, colleges and universities.

Position will also work closely with an experienced sales and support team.

**Responsibilities**
- Help sales partner to achieve and exceed sales goals in your assigned territory
- Work closely with other members of the team to ensure you are engaged in the sales process
- Share and leverage talents, and provide information in order to improve sales strategies and execution
- Strive to achieve long term relationships with customers
- Keep up to date on product information
- Provide accurate information and advice to customers

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Ability to speak French considered a great asset
- Technical sales experience considered an asset
- Familiarity with MS Office
- Familiarity with Goldmine or other CRM software
- Personable, positive and persuasive attitude
- Strong customer service focus
- Solid time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Ability to manage all aspects of the relationship between the customer, suppliers and Progressive.
