**Summary**

We are seeking one Full-Time or two Part-Time Medical Office Assistants (M.O.A.) to join our team at Cedar Care Clinic. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our healthcare professionals and ensuring smooth operations within the clinic. Your contributions will directly impact patient care and clinic efficiency.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet patients and manage front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records.
- Assist healthcare providers with administrative tasks as needed.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide information about services offered.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and clinic policies.
- Answer busy phones in a timely manner.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is an asset.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail.
- Must be motivated, reliable, honest, and dependable with a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment either alone or with a team, and with minimum supervision.
- Proficiency in using office software and electronic health records (EHR) systems is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 8.5 per week
