Responsibilities: - Clean and maintain designated areas, including offices, restrooms, and common areas - Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming - Empty trash receptacles and replace liners - Clean and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and equipment - Restock supplies in restrooms and break rooms - Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personnel - Follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment as required Qualifications: - Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred - Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate hand tools or power tools as needed - Knowledge of basic facilities maintenance procedures is a plus - Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
