**About the Role**:

- Customer Success Manager will own the post-sale client relationship, from onboarding through retention and expansion, acting as the trusted advisor for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and strong adoption of RPS solutions.
- Lead client onboarding, training, and product implementation.
- Monitor account health, proactively addressing risks and identifying growth opportunities.
- Partner with sales to drive renewals and upselling opportunities.
- Gather client feedback and work cross-functionally with product and operations to enhance offerings.

**Skills / Knowledge**:

- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Education / Work Experience**:

- University or College degree in Business Administration or Marketing
- 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related client-facing role (B2B SaaS or real estate/financial services experience a plus).

- Department: Sales
- Reporting to: Vice President, Business Development
- Business Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., on Monday to Friday
