**Job Title: Part-Time Warehouse Receiver & Picker**
**Reports To: Warehouse Manager**
**Schedule: Part-Time (1 weekday and Saturdays)**

The **Warehouse Receiver & Picker** plays a crucial part in ensuring customers receive their orders quickly, accurately, and in perfect condition. From unloading shipments and managing inventory to preparing customer orders and keeping the warehouse running smoothly, you’ll be at the core of our operations.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- **Receive & Inspect Inventory**: Unload trailers and containers safely using forklifts or pallet jacks. Check shipments for accuracy and quality, and enter inventory into our system.
- **Pick & Prepare Orders**: Use RF scanners to accurately pick products from storage shelves, ensuring all orders are packed correctly and efficiently.
- **Deliver Great Experiences**: Greet and assist customers and couriers with professionalism and care when loading or unloading vehicles.
- **Keep Things Running Smoothly**: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- **Support Team Success**: Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors to resolve inventory or order issues quickly.

**What You Bring to the Table**

**Must-Haves**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role
- Physically fit and capable of lifting items up to **120 lbs**, standing for long periods, and performing repetitive tasks
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy and organization
- Comfortable using warehouse technology like RF scanners
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Forklift/Counterbalance Certification
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn

**Nice-to-Haves**:

- **Raymond Reach Certification**:

- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume fulfillment environment

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**
- Number of items received and moved
- Picking accuracy and error rate
- Volume of items picked per shift
- Overall warehouse efficiency

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
