**About the Role**:
As the latest addition to our Legal team this role will work supporting our in-house lawyers across an interesting and dynamic mixture of Commercial and Immigration legal matters.

This role will provide a great opportunity for the new team member to gain practical legal understanding of the AI landscape and commercial implications, and also provide them with:

- An opportunity to grow within a scaling tech company and take on more responsibility
- A chance to work with individuals from all around the globe and deal with international customers

**What You'll Bring**:

- A deep and genuine interest in Behavox as demonstrated by a connection to its mission, marketplace and/or technologies
- Developed knowledge regarding commercial contracts and contract drafting
- Developed knowledge regarding reviewing and processing immigration files
- Skills in complex project coordination tracking multiple concurrent activities
- Comprehensive working knowledge of both English and French (fully bilingual)

**What You'll Do**:

- Coordinate multiple projects that delivered on deadlines for varied stakeholders
- Efficiently process high volumes of data and structure the most salient points into documentation
- Determine the most relevant details that should be included in a legal contract
- Deal and communicate with customers and third parties in a effective manner
- Support and drive implementation of systematic new processes in a growing organization
