**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Implement effective marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase sales.
- Manage payroll, budgeting, and financial reporting to ensure store profitability.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and cleanliness.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor pricing strategies to remain competitive in the market.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role with a focus on sales management.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence others effectively.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions.
- Experience in recruiting, training & development, and team management.
- Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Solid organizational skills with excellent time management abilities.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and staff alike.
- Familiarity with merchandising techniques and marketing strategies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
