**Requirements**:

- Registered with the College of Alberta Dental Assistants
- CPR Certification

**Assets**:

- Front Desk / Administrative Experience
- Knowledge of Dentrix and Recall Max
- IV Sedation Certification
- Preventative or Orthodontic Module Completion
- Competence in Intraoral Scanning
- Intra/Extraoral Photography Experience
- Experience with Neuromodulator (Botox®) Treatments

**Duties**
- Assist the dentist during examinations and treatment procedures.
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment.
- Take dental radiographs and clinical photographs
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently.
- Handle administrative tasks such as billing and insurance verification.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and practices.
- Handle ordering, stocking and organization of clinic.

**Start Date**: we will be completing clinical construction and training in December 2024, and opening to the public in early January, 2025 Exact dates pending construction schedules.

**Schedule**
- 32 - 40 Hours per Week
- One Saturday per month
