Client Service Representative

**YOUR ROLE**

We are currently looking for a **Client Service Representative** to join our team in **Barrie, ON.** The Client Service Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional client service in the in the administration and processing of benefit enrolment changes and supporting the Client Services Leads with managing their block of Partner’s and Accounts. **This role is a hybrid opportunity, working part time from our office and part time remote.**

**YOUR IMPACT**
- Analyzing and managing enrollment changes in WEBS daily including OneCARDS
- Educating clients on multicarrier guidelines
- Handle non-complex claim and coverage inquiries as well as investigate claims and export errors as they relate to enrolment data
- Perform non-complex plan design amendments (no pricing implications) for existing clients by collecting necessary information, preparation of ARF and coordination with departments and carriers
- Prepare claims experience reports (as available in WEBS)
- Handling booklet requests, changes, inserts
- Performing other duties as assigned by Client Services Lead and Management

**WHAT TO EXPECT**
- Within 30 days_
- Complete CRM and WEBS basic training
- 60 days_
- Review Benefits 101 and product presentations with a CSL
- Builds and supports teamwork within your assigned pod
- 90 days_
- Review and understand multicarrier eligibility guidelines
- Ability to produce accurate/timely WEBS billings for a block of clients
- Confidently work within our internal systems WEBS and CRM and able to train clients on external use of WEBS
- Steady progress on training tracker month over month with sign off on each requirement
- Completion of Group Life and Health Primer course (4 courses)
- Consistent achievement of reaching a target SLA of 90% and developing promoters of GroupHEALTH
- Identify a raving fan of your WOW service

**THIS IS YOU**
- 1-3 years of Customer service experience in an office environment
- Experience in payroll/benefits administration role is an asset but not required
- GBA designation or working towards is an asset
- Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel is an asset
- Employee must complete the CEBS Primer course within 6 months of employment paid by the Employer

**YOUR COMPENSATION**

At the time of this posting, the estimated annual base salary pay range for this position is $48,000-$52,000. Individual compensation within this range is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and education/training. This range reflects the annual base salary only and does not encompass our comprehensive total rewards, benefits, and potential bonuses that we proudly offer.
