**Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will assist customers with their purchases, answer inquiries, and ensure a positive shopping experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle transactions accurately will be essential in this fast-paced environment.

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their shopping needs.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and promote additional products.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers.
- Maintain organization at the checkout area and ensure cleanliness throughout the store.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone or in-person with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and keeping track of product availability.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a customer service or cashier role is preferred but not required.
- Strong phone etiquette skills to handle customer calls effectively.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- Familiarity with technology sales is advantageous for assisting customers with tech-related inquiries.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Ability to demonstrate products confidently and engage customers during demos.

Pay: $17.85 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
