**Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily shop operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and workflow management.
- Supervise and train shop staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Monitor and maintain equipment, tools, and supplies.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in shop management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in shop management is a plus.
- Ability to perform minor maintenance activities.
- DATS (Digital Action Tracking System) experience would be an asset.
