What will you do?
- Learn and grow as an important part of a team that cares about Reliance and its customers.
- Provides strategic direction, business planning, and implements measures to ensure success of residential HVAC program
- Direct a sales team of Home Comfort Advisors and ensure they are meeting and exceeding their individual and team objectives
- Accountable for managing the sales budget including profit and loss accountability.
- Responsible for the identification of recruitment needs and managing the full cycle of sourcing, interviewing and hiring activities
- Direction and motivation of a high performing sales team through effective training and coaching.
- Partner with Service Operations and Installation Teams to maximize opportunities for the service technicians and installers
- Contribute with the development and implementation of effective sales processes for the organization.
- Responsible for developing and executing a local market plan to drive organic lead generation
- Responsible for identifying and developing growth strategies to launch in new geographical territories

- Business degree or equivalent working experience
- 5-10 years of sales and marketing leadership experience
