**Responsabilités**
- Effectuer des tâches quotidiennes de saisie de données à l'aide de Sage 50, y compris l'enregistrement et la catégorisation des transactions financières.
- Aider aux tâches de classement, d'organisation des documents et d'administration de bureau, au besoin
**Compétences et qualifications**
- Excellente attention aux détails et à l'exactitude dans la saisie des données et les tâches financières.
- Solides compétences organisationnelles et multitâches.
- Capacité de traiter des informations financières confidentielles et sensibles avec discrétion.
- Compétences de communication efficaces, tant écrites que verbales.
- Capacité de travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
**Atouts**
- Maîtrise de Sage 50 (ou d'un logiciel de comptabilité similaire) pour la tenue de livres et la gestion financière.
- Expérience dans le secteur de la location d'équipement
- Bilinguisme anglais et français

**Position Summary**
**Major Responsibilities**
- Perform daily data entry tasks using Sage 50, including recording and categorizing financial transactions.
- Assist with filing, document organization, and office administration tasks as needed
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial tasks.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive financial information with discretion.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Assets**
- Proficiency in Sage 50 (or similar accounting software) for bookkeeping and financial management.
- Experience in equipment rental industry
- English and French bilingualism
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $22.50 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- No weekends
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- Mandarin (preferred)
