FYihealth group is seeking a Marketing Coordinator who will contribute to advancing marketing excellence and brand initiatives for BonLook, Visique, and FYidoctors.

**What Will You Be Doing?**
- Supporting the brand management team in the analysis, ideation, creation, and execution of marketing initiatives for BonLook, Visique, and FYidoctors;
- Coordinating the production of marketing visuals with the internal studio;
- Creating marketing briefs and analyze promotions;
- Being in charge of campaigns related to contact lenses for Visique and FYidoctors;
- Supporting teams in stores and clinics by creating events or other initiatives to increase brand awareness and foot traffic;
- Liaising with key stakeholders (agencies, internal teams, partners, etc.) involved in project execution;
- Following deadlines and ensuring that deadlines are met;
- Organizing and maintaining documents and schedules related to project management;
- Monitoring the competitive landscape and share the results with the teams;
- Supporting the team in the creation of coupons and gift cards.
- An understanding of general marketing promotions & launches;
- Strong written and verbal skills (French and English);
- An undergraduate degree in a related field (business, marketing, arts, etc.);
- Proven success in coordinating the delivery of marketing campaigns with the ability to problem-solve effectively in a fast-paced environment;
- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar role;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Versatile, methodical, rigorous;
- Good judgment and problem-solving oriented;
- Experience in the eyewear industry is an asset;
- A solid understanding of the retail-related field is an asset;
- Comfortable presenting to large audiences;
- Good working knowledge of the Office suite;
- Good working knowledge of Web data analysis tools such as Google Analytics is an asset;
- The ability to liaise and collaborate with different partners (remotely or in person)
- Knowledge of project Management Software is an asset;
- Must be able to travel within Canada (1 to 2 times per year)
