- Arrange loads with customers by booking pickup and delivery appointments and entering available loads into AS400 system.
- Track and trace loads within the network to ensure service requirements for the customer are met. Communicate with customers if rebooks are needed for either pick up or delivery.
- Communicate load requirements and delivery information with dispatch to ensure loads are picked up or delivered without issues.
- Update Customer portals with delivery information to accurately reflect information in real time.
- Education Required: Post-Secondary Degree/College Diploma in a related field
- Experience required: 2 to 5 years of business-related experience, preferably in the transportation industry
- Effective communication skills with a demonstrated ability to work within a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail
- Familiar with Microsoft Outlook and Excel with basic typing/computer skills
- Knowledge of AS400 will be considered an asset
