**Duties**
- Provide first-level support for hardware and software issues, including troubleshooting operating systems and computer hardware.
- Assist users with help desk inquiries, ensuring timely resolution of technical problems.
- Support local area network (LAN) connectivity issues and assist with network troubleshooting.
- Communicate effectively with users to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Document all support interactions clearly and accurately in ticketing systems.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to implement system upgrades and improvements.
- Conduct software installations and configurations as required by office personnel.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an IT support role or help desk environment.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems and computer hardware components.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and improving processes.
