**Surgenor Gatineau **is currently seeking an individual to join our team as a **Parts Advisor.**

**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Take incoming parts sales requests by phone and in-person
- Helps in managing inventory and ordering parts
- Provide superior customer service to all customers while establishing rapport with customers
- Ability to advise and educate customers in a way they will understand
- Locating parts from external sources when needed
- Obtain all necessary information to place special orders
- Assist other departments when needed

**REQUIREMENTS**
- General vehicle knowledge, engines, chassis, body, etc.
- Parts catalog, shipping and receiving experience
- Familiarity with the “CDK/ADP” computer system for daily parts sales and inventory control
- Must possess a positive, customer first attitude
- Strong inter-personal skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Understand safe working practices
- Ability to follow instruction from Management
- Experience in a new vehicle dealership setting would be considered an asset
