Gatineau, Canada Brigil Construction Full time

Brigil is currently looking for an **HR Advisor**. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the incumbent will be responsible, among other things, for advising and managing the entire recruitment process in collaboration with the managers.
- Collaborate with managers to identify and plan for workforce needs.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
- Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Coordinate and participate in interviews with managers.
- Verify employment references and perform criminal and credit checks.
- Promote the employer brand.
- Participate and coordinate events: job fairs, networking, etc.
- Coordinate the internship hiring program.
- Participate in the welcome and integration process of new employees.
- Provide support to the team for all other related tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or relevant field
- 1-3 years experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (asset)
- Bilingual, ability to communicate orally and in writing in French and English
- Professionalism, thoroughness, and strong organizational skills
- Ease for everything related to recruitment sites and social networks.
- Ability to work on several projects simultaneously.
- Ability to analyze and adapt to changes.
- Communication skills and active listening skills
- Team spirit, positive attitude, creativity, and autonomy
- Discretion in handling confidential information
