Forest Hill Cosmetic Clinic is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to oversee our retail operations and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the retail store, including inventory management, sales performance, staff supervision, and customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the retail store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock availability.
- Train, mentor, and supervise retail staff to provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
- Create and execute promotional activities and events to drive traffic and increase sales.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail management, preferably in the spa or beauty industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Proficiency in inventory management and basic accounting principles.
- Knowledge of spa and beauty products is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Salary**: $26.00-$31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English
- French (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
