**Overview**

**Duties**
- Monitor security cameras and surveillance equipment to detect suspicious activity or security breaches
- Conduct regular patrols of the property to identify potential hazards or unauthorized access
- Enforce security policies and procedures, including access control and visitor management
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, providing appropriate action or escalation
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations for record-keeping purposes
- Assist with loss prevention efforts by observing and preventing theft or vandalism
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary to address security concerns
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and staff with directions or inquiries as needed

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in law enforcement, security services, or related fields is preferred
- Strong knowledge of surveillance systems, CCTV operation, and loss prevention strategies
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail and situational awareness
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Good communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and effectively
- Must be able to pass background checks and any required training certifications
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Physical fitness to perform patrol duties and respond quickly during emergencies
