Inizio Engage is looking for a **Patient Solutions Specialist **who will interact with healthcare professionals (HCP) and clinic staff to deliver patient-relevant information in a hybrid model. This new opportunity will introduce you to the world of pharmaceuticals with no previous field experience required. The PSA is a passionate, Service-Oriented, Self-Motivated, Autonomous and Empathetic individual. Inizio Engage success is built on a team-based environment and strong working values.

**Key Objectives**
- Engage with HCPs and Medical Clinic Stakeholders through clinic visits and outbound calls and deliver high-level Key Service Messages
- Support HCPs using patient-relevant tools and samples (if available for the project)
- Build rapport with HCPs and Medical Clinic Stakeholders through high quality interactions
- Pre-Plan in-field routes effectively to reduce travel time between clinic visits
- Identify Key Clinic Stakeholders to increase HCP Reach
- Capture HCPs and Medical Clinic Stakeholders feedback and Insights to promote project progression and success
- Manage territory and targeted HCPs effectively
- Connect with various HCPs by bringing them and their patients the medicines, knowledge and support they need
- Deliver Key Service Messages using patient-relevant tools
- Gather HCPs feedback and insights

**Job holder Requirements**
- College or University Degree preferred or Equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Tech Savvy
- Great communicator (Oral, written & presentation)
- Ability to quickly adapt and build relationships
- Valid Canadian Driver’s License in good standing
- Owns or has access to a car

Pay: $45,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kingston, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Do you own/have reliable access to a personal vehicle to visit provider offices. This is a field position requiring travel, so it does require a vehicle prior to start date.

We offer a $700/month car allowance for this position.
