**Status**: Full-Time

We’re currently seeking a **Daily Operations Manager** to help us run our studio efficiently and elevate the client and team experience.

**What We're Looking For**

**What You’ll Be Doing**

**Operational Management**:

- Oversee and coordinate daily studio operations to ensure smooth, consistent service delivery
- Implement and refine systems and processes that improve workflow and efficiency
- Monitor studio cleanliness, ambiance, and client experience standards

**Team Leadership & Culture Building**:

- Lead, mentor, and support a team of service providers and front-desk staff
- Manage staff scheduling, performance check-ins, and team communications
- Foster a positive, growth-minded, and accountable work environment

**Client Experience & Support**:

- Ensure every client receives exceptional service from start to finish
- Respond to client concerns or feedback with professionalism and care
- Oversee client appointment systems and ensure service flow runs on time

**Administrative & Financial Oversight**:

- Manage inventory, supplier/vendor relations, and studio ordering systems
- Track daily financials, reconcile sales, and support monthly reporting
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and business planning initiatives

**What You Bring to the Table**
- ** Experience or passion for the beauty/spa industry**:

- **Proven leadership and team management abilities**:

- **Excellent communication skills** — both written and verbal
- **Strong organizational and time-management skills**:

- **Comfort with digital tools and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets**:

- **Customer-service mindset with the ability to resolve issues gracefully**:

- **Basic financial and operational understanding**:

- **Positive attitude and solution-focused approach**
