**Job Summary**:
Toyota Canada Inc. (TCI) has an exciting opportunity for a Consultant, Corporate Strategy. This position will report to the Manager, Corporate Strategy.

**What’s the Scope?**
- Cross-functional, enterprise-wide
- Involved in planning & organizational change management states
- Work varies in nature of specific projects
- Hybrid meetings with TMNA and TMC. Very limited travel.

**What’s the Purpose?**
- Support Annual, Mid-term & Long-term Enterprise Strategic Plans (“TCI360”)
- Lead governance and organizational change management support for Strategic Enterprise Priorities, Enterprise Projects and New Business Development Proposals
- Conduct research studies and the creation of executive level reports and presentations
- Develop content and logistics of internal & external business meetings

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
**_Be the lead facilitator of TCI’s Strategic Planning Process (Mid-term Enterprise Strategic Plan, Mid Term Business Plan and Annual Hoshin). Note collaboration role with Consultant Corporate Planning & Communication (lead) for Hoshin: _**
- Lead meetings, meet with department and executive stakeholders to document requirements, consolidate information, create A3s or presentations
- Collaborate with 3rd party consultant(s) to generate strategic plans and priorities
- Participate in North American (TMNA) working groups and summits through hybrid meetings to align Strategic Planning
- Ensure TCI requests, challenges, risks and business needs are represented at a North American level

**_Develop and execute governance models for Strategic Enterprise Priorities, Enterprise Projects and New Business Development Proposals: _**
- Evaluate projects and initiatives through a series of strategic lenses
- Provide forum for executive exposure to status of priorities, projects and initiatives
- Manage information sharing and where necessary, escalation of critical issues (organizational change management & enterprise risk management)

**_Guide Executive Business Meetings (Annual Business Update, Board of Directors, Shareholders, etc.) including research projects, business case development and presentation development by: _**
- Researching marketing trends
- Collecting & analyzing data
- Creating presentations for TCI, TMC, TMNA, Mitsui and any other executive-level stakeholders
- Make recommendations

**_Other: _**
- Analyze data & communicate insights via Executive Reports which may include Business & Competition Reports, Hoshin Achievement Status and Key Performance Indicators (Corporate Scorecard)
- Develop and maintain data visualization tools to improve communication of KPIs, Strategic Vision, Goals, and Strategic Priorities
- Create & maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Other duties as requested or required

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Post-secondary diploma in Business / Marketing / Economics
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Suite skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams and Power BI)
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Automotive-related (or similar) experience
- Strong analytical ability
- 1-3 years of strategic planning experience
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence at different levels
