**Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing heavy truck/equipment parts and accessories.
- Provide expert advice on parts compatibility and availability.
- Maintain an organized inventory of parts and ensure accurate stock levels.
- Process customer orders, including cash handling and transaction management.
- Upsell additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with mechanics and service advisors to fulfill repair orders promptly.
- Stay updated on new products, promotions, and industry trends to better serve customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to parts orders or returns.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 year of proven experience in automotive repair or dealership environment is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand technical specifications.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Experience in sales or cash handling is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory management and data entry.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A passion for the heavy truck/equipment industry and commitment to continuous learning.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
