**Moncton| Full-Time|Permanent Position**

**Standard Working Hours**: Mon - Fri | 9:00 am - 5:00 pm | 35 hours per week

TORQUE Motorsports is looking for a **Parts Advisor** to join our dynamic team. The **Parts Advisor** plays a critical role in supporting customers and the service team by providing expert advice on parts and accessories. Reporting directly to the **Branch Manager**, this role ensures the availability of the right parts, accurate inventory management, and exceptional customer service, making it vital to both customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct parts and accessories for their vehicles.
- Process parts orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment for customers and technicians.
- Maintain and update inventory records, ensuring adequate stock levels and identifying reorder needs.
- Work closely with the service team to ensure parts availability for scheduled repairs and maintenance.
- Provide detailed product knowledge to customers, including features, benefits, and compatibility.
- Receive and inspect incoming parts shipments, verifying accuracy and quality.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to parts orders or availability.
- Support promotional activities by recommending accessories and upselling additional products.

**What You Need**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent.
- **Experience**: A minimum of 3 years in automotive or motorsports parts sales.
- **Additional Strengths**:_
- Knowledge of motorsports vehicles and related parts is an asset.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
