**The Role**

We’re looking for a **hands-on Operations Supervisor** to join our Toronto HQ. This is a high-impact role where no two days are the same. One minute you’ll be helping save a job for a customer, the next you’ll be coaching our support reps, fixing a bug with the product team, or onboarding a new pro into the network.

You’ll thrive here if you can stay calm under pressure, roll up your sleeves to solve problems, and also step back to see the big picture as we scale. If you love fast-moving startups, balancing people and process, and making customers happy, this role is for you.

**What You’ll Do**
- Support daily operations to keep jobs, customers, and pros moving smoothly
- Handle customer escalations and “save jobs” when issues arise
- Act as account support for our partners as requests and service help is needed
- Assist payouts, onboarding, scheduling, and partner performance
- Troubleshoot tech issues and work with product to report bugs and shape the roadmap
- Help us scale into new markets across North America while keeping service quality high

**What We’re Looking For**
- 2+ years in operations, customer support, or marketplace supervision
- Comfortable working under pressure, handling ambiguity, and solving problems fast
- Strong communicator who builds trust with both customers and partners
- Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and data-driven
- Willing to work occasional nights/weekends when the business needs it
- Startup mindset, you’re resourceful, adaptable, and not afraid to get your hands dirty

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000 to $50,000

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
