**Overview**
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aides to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. This role is crucial in enhancing the quality of life for seniors and individuals with disabilities. As a Personal Care Aide, you will play a vital role in delivering personalized care, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our clients.

**Duties**
- Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and bathing.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of clients.
- Help with meal preparation, ensuring nutritional needs are met.
- Administer medication as prescribed and monitor client health.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
- Support clients in assisted living settings or hospice care as needed.
- Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to supervisors.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in senior care or caregiving is preferred.
- Knowledge of patient care practices and medication administration is beneficial.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist clients with mobility challenges.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Previous experience in assisted living or hospice care is a plus.
- Must be able to pass background checks as required by state regulations.
