**Job Title**:Production Coordinator

**Position Overview**:

- Able to handle a fast-paced and sometimes unpredictable workflow
- Can handle working under tight deadlines

- Resourceful and self-directed
- Knowledge and understanding of apparel, screen printing, and promotional industry is a bonus
- Experience with customer service and client management is a bonus

**Work responsibilities**:

- Sourcing new products and vendors to meet client requirements
- Liaising and directing the graphics team
- Coordinating and supporting the Account Managers with product development projects
- Reviewing and approving supplier order confirmations, invoices and proofs for accuracy
- Assessing client orders and artwork to ensure accuracy and feasibility for production
- Preparing accurate job orders and quotes for clients using our internal web-based management platform
- Placing purchase orders with suppliers and production partners
- Entering and maintaining accurate data in our proprietary order management system
- Coordinating with suppliers to maintain efficient workflow and timely delivery of goods
- Following up on the delivery of goods in order to meet production timelines
- Troubleshooting issues with suppliers

**Work Location**:In Person.

**Work Schedule**: Monday - Friday

**Salary Pay Range**: CA $40,000.00 - CA $60,000.00 per year will be determined based on level of experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
