Job Posting:
**Sanitation Team Member**

$19.06 + $2 night premium

(8 hours shifts) 5 days a week but the shifts rotate over the weekend

Open timings

8am-4pm

10pm - 6am

**Job Duties**:

- Comply with all applicable legislative and ACE Bakery food safety, health and safety and environmental policies and procedures.
- Use cleaning equipment (scrapers, brushes, pads, vacuums, scrub machine, compressed air) to clean floors, ceilings, walls of the bakery (change rooms, warehouse, freezer, refrigerators, packing and production).
- Disassemble and clean all equipment (i.e. ovens, mixing bowls, proofers, refrigeration coils, fans, etc.) and reassemble.
- Replenish supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, hairnets, coffee, etc.)
- Collect and dispose of garbage and recyclable materials.
- Clean and maintain outside bakery including snow removal.
- Clean lunchroom fridge and microwave.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or required.

**Skills & Other Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a cleaner in an industrial/manufacturing environment is an asset.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- WHMIS trained is an asset.
- Ability to work a flexible 8 hour shift with availability to work on weekends as well.
