We are seeking a talented and passionate chef to work in our food trucks located out of Sudbury, Ontario. This is a unique opportunity to work in a high paced environment while following your career path. We do travel around Northern Ontario on weekends with paid travel, hotel and meals when on the road.

Our food trucks are workable for 1-3 people with a gas griddle, deep fryers, slushy machines, and much more to make mouth watering dishes.

Duties
- Design dishes/menu, source, prepare and cook high-quality meals.
- Set up and oversee the entirety of the kitchen operations, including hiring/managing additional kitchen staff (if needed)
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment while adhering to food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and improve existing offerings.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and place orders as necessary to maintain stock.
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and functioning efficiently.
- Cash/Till reconciliation

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar role (ie. catering, food truck, menu design, start-up) within the food industry.
- Driving a truck and trailer is a plus
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Can-do attitude, self-starter is a must.
- Experience in restaurant management is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and management
- Customer Service experience

Start Date: May 2026

Availability: Most Weekends

Tips are paid out daily
