**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform welding operations using MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques on various materials.
- Utilize plasma cutting equipment to shape and cut metal components as needed.
- Build and rig metal structures according to specifications and blueprints.
- Operate press brake machines for bending and shaping metal parts.
- Fabricate ductwork for HVAC systems, ensuring proper fit and function.
- Conduct routine inspections of completed welds for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools are properly stored after use.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in welding, with a strong understanding of different welding processes.
- Familiarity with power tools and machinery related to metal fabrication.
- Experience in machining is a plus, along with knowledge of rigging procedures.
- Ability to operate cranes safely when lifting heavy materials or components.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues that may arise during the welding process.
- A commitment to following safety protocols and maintaining a safe working environment.

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
