Roska DBO Inc. is currently seeking a

**Responsibilities**:

- Payroll entries, coding and balancing
- Hazard ID reporting
- Incident reporting and tracking
- New hire onboarding process
- Assist employees with various requests including training, travel and days off scheduling
- Ordering stock
- Understand company policies and procedures and be able to communicate them effectively
- Assisting Managers with assigments and reporting as needed
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant, or relevant role.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience in Maximo preferred
- Office Admin certificate or equivalent post secondary training an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail orientated
- Highly organized and able to multitask
- Critical thinking, decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Must be a self-starter and team player
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test
