**Side Boom Operator**
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Operative Responsibilities**
Work with piping, mechanical and civil crews.
Operate 572, 583, 587, 594 Side Booms
Work with/around other equipment operators, welders, other skilled labour.
Other duties as requested.
**Safety**
Participate in meetings, tool box talks, FLHA.
Report near miss, infractions and observations.
Communicate to promote a safe working environment.
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:
Basic Safety Orientation (BSO) or OSSA Regional (ROP) or Enforme Common Safety Orientation are REQUIRED.
Intermediate Wildlife Awareness with Bear Spray practical would be an asset
Equipment (Side Boom) operation knowledge and experience (required)
Previous pipeline experience an asset.
Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Drivers License (Class 5) is preferred
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Day shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
