The Opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced Service Plumber to join our team. This position is part of a team with an established Plumber, a Coordinator, and a drain technician. There is additional support from our vacuum truck department drivers and our Dispatch department. We have a focused list of services we specialize in, which is the basis of our training program. We are looking to hire someone experienced in these tasks, however, we also hire based on our core values. For the right person, we will provide training.

Compensation: $30-$46 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Monthly bonus program based on meeting revenue targets.

What you’ll be doing:
- Meeting customers in their homes or business to assess and troubleshoot their needs- Providing professional expertise to customers regarding options for repair, and options for future work- Keeping track of work performed and future work on the provided tablet- Sourcing and picking up parts from wholesalers- Some after hours callouts, one weekend per month- Taking care of your assigned van to maintain a professional image
- Providing help to other members of the team when asked and performing other duties as assigned

The skills and experience you bring:
- Experience providing excellent customer service and communication- Install, troubleshoot and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems, including rural- Experience with septic pumps considered an asset- Experience with water softeners and water treatment systems an asset- Experience in producing and sending customer quotes considered an asset- Red-Seal or Registered Apprentice considered an asset- Confined Space training or Fall Arrest training considered an asset- Gas Fitter license considered an asset- Contractor’s license considered an asset- Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence and Driver’s Abstract- Current Criminal Record Check- Ability to lift 70 lbs, could be multiple times a day
- Ability to work alone and with a team

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift, with occasional overtime- Day shift- Monday to Friday
