- Handle phone calls with professionalism and provide accurate information
- Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness and resolve any issues promptly
- Thank guests for their visit and invite them to return

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of food service standards and practices
- Phone etiquette skills
