Position Overview

We are seeking an **experienced and dependable Renovation Lead** to oversee and execute a wide variety of home renovation projects. This role requires a professional who is skilled, motivated, and takes pride in delivering outstanding craftsmanship. As a leader, you will guide our crews, ensure projects are completed on schedule, and maintain the high standards our clients expect.

Types of Projects
- Deck, fence, and shed construction & restoration
- Basement, kitchen, and bathroom renovations
- Interior & exterior painting
- Framing, drywall (repair, installation, taping, mudding), and flooring

**Requirements**:

- **10+ years of hands-on renovation experience (mandatory)**:

- **Proven expertise in deck, fence, and shed construction (mandatory)**:

- **Skilled in painting, framing, drywall, and flooring (mandatory)**:

- Must have personal tools and equipment
- Valid G2 or G Driver’s License + full-time access to a vehicle
- Clean criminal record check
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and pride in craftsmanship
- Positive attitude, excellent communication, and leadership skills
- Knowledge of safe work practices and confidence working at heights

**Education**: Secondary school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

How to Apply

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week

- Ajax, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
