**Social Media Strategy and Content Manager**

This is a full-time position where you will leverage your knowledge and experience in influencer marketing. An individual who proves to be successful in this position will be considered for upward movement and extension of their responsibility in our fast-growing company.

Based in Toronto, Safyre Labs is an e-commerce and technology company specializing in direct to consumer and custom manufacturing. The scalable Safyre platform offers users an innovative product customization experience, supported by a custom ERP to help manage the sales and manufacturing of personalized products. The proprietary e-commerce platform currently hosts two direct to consumer brands, Jewlr and Lee Fiori, where customers can personalize one-of-a-kind jewellery. With 13 years of success, we have custom manufactured and shipped over one million orders to the US, Canada, UK and Australia - and we keep on innovating our platform and introducing new products.

**Our E-commerce Brands**

Products from both brands are made on-demand in our state-of-the-art workshop located in Toronto, Canada, where we control quality and quickly produce the jewellery our customers love.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop social media strategies for Jewlr and Lee Fiori to grow following and engagement
- Manage the implementation of social media content to ensure it aligns with strategy for brand growth
- Develop influencer and ambassador marketing plans to build brand awareness, working with the Senior Director of Brand and other key stakeholders
- Source and proactively recruit paid and organic partners
- Negotiate partnership agreements
- Manage budgets
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and ambassadors
- Create campaign briefs and drive influencer and ambassador executions, ensuring that key messages and products featured are aligned with brand objectives
- Custom content management with the ability to provide constructive feedback to ensure influencer creative drives brand awareness and demand
- Manage asset deliverables, including ordering custom jewellery samples and packaging to support campaign initiatives
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to boost and promote influencer and ambassador content across all social channels
- Manage KPI reporting for influencer and ambassador initiatives
- Be a proactive, independent, decision maker to drive the business forward
- Daily social listening to monitor partnerships and competitors

**Qualifications & Skills**
- University or college degree in Marketing Communications or relevant field
- Background in PR, Digital, Content or Brand Partnerships
- Previous experience managing budgets, KPIs and delivering ROI positive campaigns
- Demonstrated understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, the value of influencer marketing, and best practices
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to retrieve and analyze key performance metrics using various social platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency with basic productivity software (Google Suite, Word, Excel, etc.)
