Eco Paving is dedicated to building genuine relationships, and providing a valuable service to both our commercial and residential clients.

We strive for perfection with every interaction, and are inspired to exceed expectations. Our goal is to build the worlds largest little company and provide our eco-friendly paving globally.

We created and developed our eco friendly product as an alternative to the traditional methods of paving, in the process reducing waste. Our product is made from 100% recycled material and was designed to be flexible to accommodate future ground movements, enabling us to resurface cracked and old asphalt, concrete, pavers, tile, and can be applied over any subfloor.

**IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL BE**:
Collaborating with leadership team to create innovative strategies and support overall business development for the companyDevelop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies that align with the companys overall objectives and goals.Establishing targets, managing lead funnels, and implementing the best processes to meet and exceed team goalsWorking with the leadership team to minimize roadblocks in the customer journey-
Resting and editing video for social campaigns, and showcasing our productConduct market research and analyze customer insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics, identifying target audiences, competitive landscape, and industry trends specific to North America.Update CRMCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and design, to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services to the North American market.Create and optimize content for various marketing channels, including website, landing pages, blog, social media, seo, and other digital platforms, with a keen understanding of the cultural nuances and preferences of North American audiences.Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement, including tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure marketing success in North America.Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, such as agencies, freelancers, and influencers, in North America to support marketing initiatives, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Provide support for other marketing-related tasks and projects as needed, such as conducting market research, managing customer databases

**Requirements**:
Three or more years of sales and marketing experience in a small business setting or rapid growth sector with tight deadlines preferredUnderstanding of marketing practices and processes, along with previous experience in implementing campaigns-
