We are looking for a **Marketing Manager, **to join our Sales & Marketing team The role is responsible for working collaboratively with the team to lead, develop, and implement marketing programs and help build our amazing family of brands

**OPPORTUNITIES**

In this role, you will have the chance to champion and manage a variety of marketing activities across the division and lead the Marketing function in the West. It is a unique hybrid role where you will get the opportunity to manage both Retail Grocery and Foodservice product lines and brands The primary objective of the role will be to develop and implement effective marketing programs to attract passionate consumers and customers to our brands. You will also play a lead role in bringing product innovation ideas to life from conception to launch. Our leading brands in your portfolio include Meadowfresh, Scardillo, Happy Planet, and a2 Milk.

- You have experience developing and executing marketing strategies, objectives, and KPIs
- You have proven knowledge in all areas within the marketing discipline including digital marketing and launching new products.

**EXPERIENCE**
- You have 5-10 years of experience in a Consumer-Packaged Goods marketing role.
- You have a Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- You are proficient with MS Office with an emphasis on Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and MS Teams
- You have experience with Google Analytics, WordPress, and social media platforms
- You have customer marketing experience in the food service industry and have a proven ability to work closely with sales and directly with customers where required.

**NICE-TO-HAVE**
- Experience within the Consumer-Packaged Goods Food industry
- Experience managing others
- Passion for food products
- Solid understanding of both the Retail Grocery and Foodservice channels in Canada

**THINGS YOU WILL DO**
- Lead and mentor the Marketing team to perform at a high level and put action plans in place to meet business targets and growth objectives

Develop and execute annual Marketing plans
- Own the Marketing expense budget and tracking

Assume a lead role in all new product innovations and ensure cross-functional alignment for flawless execution.
- Provide thought leadership to the organization in the key areas of brand management, marketing, product innovation, and customer requests.
- Identify and implement areas for improvement within the marketing function

**OTHER **
- Some travel may be required
- Attendance at industry events and trade shows as needed

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media management: 3 years (preferred)
- Consumer Packaged Goods: 5 years (preferred)
