IAA, Inc., a leading provider of loss recovery services to the insurance industry in Canada, has an opening for a Customer Service Representative I at our facility in Acheson, AB

IAA is Canada's leading live and live-online salvage vehicle auction company with auction facilities across British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, Quebec and Atlantic Canada. IAA's national service offering allows sellers to standardize processes across the country and provides buyers with Canada's most extensive selection of salvage vehicles. IAA has nearly 4,500 talented employees and more than 200 facilities throughout the U.S., Canada and the United Kingdom.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve customers (both internal and external) by responding to and directing telephone and in-person inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
- Performs general clerical duties including sorting and filing of folders and packages for incoming and released vehicles
- Responsible for manually or electronically updating and entering new data in an accurate and timely manner, including vehicle information, registrations and other documents
- Assist in Sale Day activities as directed
- Duties may also include ordering office supplies, sorting and distributing mail, processing materials for courier, faxing documents, photocopying etc.

**Education and Experience Requirements**:

- High School diploma or equivalent in education with previous office experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have exceptional customer service skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Maintain a professional appearance and neat work environment
- Enjoy working in a team environment

**Working Conditions**:

- This position involves primarily work indoors
- Must remain alert to potential hazards associated with heavy equipment and other vehicles operated in their work area
