**Your Mission**: As a Parts Consultant, you will be the mastermind behind orchestrating the seamless flow of essential components, working hand-in-hand with the Sales, Service, and supporting customers to keep our operations running like a well-oiled machine.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service to ensure internal and external customer needs are met while providing a memorable customer experience.
- Accurately identify and order parts for vehicle repairs, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with vendors to secure timely and accurate parts deliveries.
- Utilize various channels, including phone, online platforms, and other computer program(s) to place orders efficiently.
- Inspect received parts for quality and accuracy, guaranteeing they meet our standards.
- Ensure timely distribution of parts in alignment with the identified standards.
- Monitor and manage inventory, create purchase orders, and handle invoices with precision.
- Keep our parts department and shop organized, clean, and well-stocked.

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Minimum one year of experience in a retail or wholesale parts department.
- Proficiency in interpreting vendor catalogs and using parts department computer systems.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
- Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
