**Full Job Description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Warmly greeting and escorting guests to their table as per standard.
- Upsell food and beverage items throughout the meal.
- Ensuring orders are accurate before delivering them to customers.
- Taking orders and preparing food according to customer preference.
- Ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and order.
- Training staff in the preparation, cooking, and handling of foods.
- Monitoring and managing cooking tools and ingredients.
- Developing recipes that comply with company policy.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Perform portion control and minimize waste to keep costs within the forecasted range.
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared on time by restocking ingredients at work station and meeting prep times to ensure smooth delivery.
- Ensure that the food area is stocked and organized; alert the manager of any inventory deficiencies, and keep inventory records.
- Ensure that all food safety procedures are followed all the time with health and personal hygiene standards.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the line supervisor.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
