We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. If you have a passion for the hospitality industry and possess strong leadership skills, we would love to hear from you.

- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, scheduling, and training
- Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served in accordance with company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for both staff and customers
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items or make modifications to existing ones
- Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant to ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
- Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee growth
- Controlling labor management
- Being responsible for food cost by controlling waste and other factors

- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in restaurant management software (POS systems)
- Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety procedures
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience
- Previous experience working with pizza restaurant management is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.50-$19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
