**OVERVIEW**:
In this Work From Home position, you will manage inbound and outbound calls. Our contact centre is open from Monday to Friday, 8:30-5:00 pm. Life License Qualification Program (LLQP) licensing is required, and training is fully paid by Alberta Blue Cross®.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Sales and promotion of various travel insurance plans
- Effectively manage inbound and outbound calls with daily follow up with potential clients that have expressed interest in our products
- Create a positive first impression, foster trust and establish credibility by assessing customer needs and providing appropriate product knowledge
- Maintain an outstanding customer experience in all customer interactions
- Meet personal and team sales targets

**SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**:

- Must have experience in a sales/customer service-related role; in the travel industry would be an asset
- Proven track record of sales performance and meeting assigned metrics, ideally within in a contact-centre environment
- A strong desire to succeed driven by individual results and investment in the success of the team
- Must successfully complete a criminal background check
- Excellent listening and communication skills focused on building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Positive attitude and productive, professional, and courteous manner
- Outstanding time management skills with the ability to multi-task
- Thrives in a busy environment and can work under pressure while maintaining composure and professionalism
