**Minimum 2 - 5 years experience in DSC Neo Hardwire Alarms**
- Install, service, and program **hardwired alarm systems**:

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with security systems
- Install and secure keypad panels, door/window contacts, and related components
- Perform service work following established procedures and techniques, using appropriate tools, testing equipment, and replacement parts
- Deliver exceptional **customer service** and technical support to clients

**What's Required**:

- Proven experience with hardwired systems such as **DSC**, **Neo**, and similar platforms is required
- **Strong communication** and **customer service skills** are essential
- This role requires regular interaction with customers, so the ability to confidently communicate and effectively train end users is crucial

**Must to have**:

- A **reliable white vehicle** is required
- Must possess **basic hand tools**:

- **Criminal background check** will be conducted
- Must have experience with **hardwired systems** such as **DSC, Neo**, or similar system.

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
